Our Beliefs
This is your sub-headline

1. The Holy Scriptures

We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the inspired and inerrant Word of God. We believe that God has preserved His Word for the English-speaking people in the Authorized King James Version, which we hold to be the final authority in all matters of life, faith and practice. Psalm 12:6-7, 2 Timothy 3:16

2. The Person and Work of Christ

We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God who died on the cross for the sins of the whole world. We reject any teaching that limits God’s grace; rather, we believe Christ died for all, and that God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 1 John 2:2, 2 Peter 3:9

3. Salvation by Grace through Faith

We believe that salvation is a free gift of God, neither merited nor secured in part or in whole by any virtue or work of man. It is received only by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2:8-9

4. The Free Will of Man

We believe that God has given every person a free will to either accept or reject the Gospel of Jesus Christ. While man is fallen, he is a free moral agent responsible for his own decision regarding the Savior. Acts 7:51, Matthew 23:37, John 3:16

5. Eternal Security

We believe that all the redeemed, once saved, are kept by God’s power and are thus secure in Christ forever. Salvation is an eternal work that cannot be lost or forfeited. John 10:28, Ephesians 4:30

6. Worship and Music

We practice traditional worship music. We utilize the godly hymns of the faith that are doctrinally sound. Colossians 3:16, Ephesians 5:19

7. The Second Coming and the Rapture

We believe in the "blessed hope," which is the personal, imminent, pretribulation rapture of the Church. This will be followed by the seven-year tribulation and the premillennial second coming of Christ to earth to establish His literal thousand-year kingdom. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18, Zechariah 14:9

8. The Reality of Hell

We believe in a literal, eternal, and conscious Hell as a place of torment for those who reject the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe it was prepared for the devil and his angels and is the final destination for all who reject Jesus Christ and die in their sins. Luke 16:23–24, Mark 9:43–44, Revelation 20:14–15

9. The Great Commission

We believe that the Great Commission is the primary command given to the Church. It is the duty and privilege of every believer and local church to endeavor to reach the lost with the Gospel, both locally and to the uttermost parts of the earth through world missions. Matthew 28:18–20
